Office Depot prides itself on being “the world’s largest seller of office supplies and services” and its subsidiary Tech Depot holds true to this mantra. Tech Depot is a veritable superstore of tech related items. From computers to electronics to toner, they have pretty much everything; however their microphone selection isn’t the most impressive.  They sell a few Logitech computer microphones, and included brands are Polycom, Sennheiser, M-Audio, Sony (business mics), Shure, Cyber and a few others.  The prices are very affordable; some mics start as low as $3.95.  If you’re looking for expensive, high-quality mics – this isn’t the place for you.  Tech Depot has a thirty day return policy on most items. There are no restocking fees, but they do not accept returns for opened software or discontinued items. They do have financing options and accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Office Depot Credit cards as well as checks, wire transfers and money orders. You can place an order online or call it in and they have pre-sales customer service through telephone or email.  Seeing as it is a pretty massive store, it is a pretty dependable place to buy gear. If they can sell a lot of merchandise, they can afford to offer good prices. They have solid relationships with hundreds of manufacturers so they can provide an extended inventory of products. You can sign up for their newsletter to get updates or even get an Office Depot credit card which carries no annual fee. Tech Depot is pretty trustworthy place to go for mid-range gear, but nothing too fancy here.
