Wireless Lapel Microphones

Wireless Lapel Microphones, or Lavalier Microphones, are very small dynamic microphones meant to clip onto clothing usually in the most inconspicuous manner possible. Intended to pick up speech for film, television and public speaking, they are miniature and unobtrusive. The wires can be easily hidden underneath clothing and they can pretty much visually disappear. Like other wireless systems, Lavaliers require a transmitter and receiver and are limited to the range restrictions of each individual product. The frequency response is sometimes customized for chest mounting by slightly boosting the high-end and the quality of the audio varies depending on the system.
