Camcorder Microphones

Camcorder microphones are great little accessories for cameras that can greatly enhance the audio quality of a video recording. These mics are most often stereo microphones that conveniently attach to the body of the camcorder.  However, virtually any microphone that doesn’t require phantom power could be used with a camcorder.  All you need are the right cords to plug it in.  And if you are recording something where you want the audio environment to stay consistent (like a live show), a stand-alone mic will allow your audio and video independence so each can find their sweet spot in the room.
